Cancellation Policy

At niiya.co, every piece is crafted and packed with utmost care. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our cancellation terms.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Standard Orders:

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Personalised/Custom Orders:

Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled, as they are made specially for you.

Shipped Orders:

Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by niiya.co

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Item is out of stock or unavailable.
• Payment is not successfully completed.
• Suspected fraudulent or invalid transaction.
• Unserviceable delivery location.

In such cases, a full refund (if payment has been made) will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Any shipping or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
